Date of Effect:  Service rates go into effect on June 15, 2006.  Cybertec Computers reserves the right to change these rates at any time.

Calculation of Labor Charges:  There is a minimum charge of one (1) labor hour for all appointments.  After the first hour, labor charges are calculated in half-hour increments.  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the time they are scheduled, are subject to the one (1) labor hour minimum charge.

Finance Charges:  Cybertec Computers assess a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on overdue invoices. (Minimum $5.00)

Limitations of Liability:  Cybertec Computers assumes no responsibility or obligation for service other than to correct any defects in materials provided by Cybertec Computers. Preventative maintenance, installation, de-installation, relocation, and operating supplies are not included.

Refund Policy:  Computer systems are non-refundable. Other products refundable/exchangeable with original receipt.  No refunds / exchanges after 15 days.

Indemnification of Liability:  Cybertec Computers shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data, interruption of business, nor for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind whether under this agreement or otherwise.  It is the customers' responsibility to protect their data via backup or what ever means available.

Restocking Fee:  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

Returned Checks:  There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.  This is in addition to any attorney and court costs incurred during the process of collection.
